Grade T321
Type 321 is an austenitic chrome nickel steel to which titanium has been added. This grade is recommended for parts fabricated by welding which cannot be subsequently annealed. It is also recommended for parts to be used at temperatures between 800 degrees and 1650 degrees. Decorative applications are not recommended.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Aircraft collector rings, boiler casings, cabin heaters, fire walls, furnace heating element, jet engine parts.
